Public Offering of Fund can trade securities, but not all Public Offering of Fund can trade securities. Only some funds can do securities lending transactions, mainly ETFs. This kind of funds also depends on whether there are bonds to be melted when securities firms do securities lending transactions.

The credit securities account shall not be used for buying, selling or transferring securities or Hong Kong stocks, nor for participating in the subscription and redemption of private placement, stock-traded open index funds and bond-traded open index funds, fund merger and split, bond repurchase transactions, B-share transactions, etc.
