Fund consignment is an investment business of financial companies, which is called "open-end fund consignment" business. It mainly refers to an intermediate service that financial institutions accept the entrustment of fund managers, sign a written consignment agreement, sell open-end funds on behalf of fund managers, accept investors' applications for subscription, purchase and redemption of open-end funds, and provide supporting services.
Commercial fraud means that the business operator provides goods or services in a fraudulent way, in violation of regulations. There are essential differences between the two, so fund consignment is not a commercial fraud.
