Hunan Communications Vocational and Technical College is a public university of science and engineering located in Changsha, Hunan Province, which was founded in 1956. It is also a national demonstration higher vocational college approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government.
Hunan Communications Vocational and Technical College is the first batch of excellent institutions in Hunan Province, formerly known as Changsha Navigation Engineering School of the Ministry of Communications. It was formed by the merger of 1999 Hunan Communications School and Hunan Communications Department Cadre School.
