Council

2. Attend various important meetings and exchange activities on behalf of the Association;

Board of Supervisors

Article 22 The Board of Supervisors shall be established in this Association, consisting of 7 people. The board of supervisors is a member of the China Games Committee who does not preside over or participate in the daily work of the Association. Supervisors shall faithfully perform their supervisory duties.

Article 23 The Board of Supervisors shall exercise the following powers:

1. Review and supervise the financial work of the Association;

2. To supervise the main leaders who preside over the daily work of the Association for violating the articles of association and laws and regulations in their work;

3. Ask the main leaders who preside over the daily work of this Association to correct their behaviors when they harm the interests of this Association;

4. Propose to convene a general meeting of the temporary Chinese Games Committee.

Executive Chairman and Secretary-General

Article 24 The daily work of this Association shall be presided over by the Executive Chairman or Secretary-General. The executive chairman and the secretary-general must meet the following conditions:

1. They have certain influence and popularity in social related fields;

2. Under the age of 6, in good health and able to work full-time;

3. You must be a member of the Chinese Games Committee of our Association and be elected as a member.

Article 25 The Executive Chairman and the Secretary-General shall exercise the following powers:

1. To implement the resolutions and decisions of this Council;

2. Attend various important meetings on behalf of the Association;

3. Sign relevant legal documents on behalf of the Association and arrange for their implementation;

4. Organize and implement the annual work plan;

5. Organize the sports meeting this year;

6. Decide on the appointment of department heads of offices;

7. formulate the internal management system of the association;

8. Handle other daily affairs of the Association.

article 26 the association has established branches in various countries or regions in the world.

Article 27 A branch is an organization recognized by this Association and responsible for carrying out the work of the China Games in a country or region, and it is the basic functional unit of the China Games. Its responsibility is to undertake, implement and complete various sports activities organized by the China National Games and individual committees.

Article 28 A branch shall be initiated by Chinese in the country or region where it is located, registered with relevant local authorities, and have the qualification of an independent legal person.
