Tongling College is a provincial ordinary undergraduate college, a demonstration application-oriented undergraduate college and a local application-oriented high-level university in Anhui Province. Located in Tongling City, Anhui Province, which is known as the "Ancient Copper Capital of China", it has a history of more than 50 years. In March 2002, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Tongling College of Finance and Economics was upgraded to Tongling College.

Tongling College (Tongling? University), located in Tongling City, Anhui Province, which is known as the "Copper Capital of China". It is an ordinary undergraduate college with distinctive financial characteristics, focusing on economic management and coordinated development of engineering, literature, science, art and law.

It is the training base of financial talents in Anhui Province, the founding member of Anhui Applied Undergraduate University Alliance, the first batch of demonstration applied undergraduate universities in Anhui Province, and the construction unit of local applied high-level universities in Anhui Province. It has been selected by the Ministry of Education as a cooperative institution for the all-media integration project of Chinese and foreign cultural exchanges, production and education.

The school was established in April. 1978. When it was first established, it was Tongling Normal College of Anhui University of Labor. May 1983 was renamed Tongling Institute of Finance and Economics. In August 2000, Anhui Provincial People's Government approved the merger of Anhui Metallurgical Industry School and Tongling Normal School into Tongling College of Finance and Economics.

In March 2002, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Tongling College of Finance and Economics was upgraded to Tongling College. In 20 19, the school was formally incorporated into the construction unit of Anhui provincial master's degree program.
