Carrying materials: power of attorney of the agent (stamped with the signature of the legal representative and the official seal of the unit), the original and photocopy of the valid identity certificate of the agent.

Fill in the form: an application form for selling asset management products on a commission basis, with a reserved seal (the same as the seal of the fund account linked to it).
