Cultivated land subsidy policy
Legal analysis: no subsidy. In terms of farming land, the policy given by the state is that rural collective economic organizations, farmers and animal husbandry cooperative economic organizations will manage the land needed for large-scale livestock and poultry breeding as agricultural land for agricultural production structure adjustment in accordance with the overall land use planning of townships (towns), and there is no need to go through the examination and approval procedures for agricultural land conversion.

Legal basis: Article 25 of the Regulations on Prevention and Control of Pollution in Large-scale Livestock and Poultry Breeding, if it is really necessary to close or relocate the existing livestock and poultry breeding sites due to the development planning of animal husbandry, the overall land use planning, the adjustment of urban and rural planning and the delineation of prohibited breeding areas, or because of the comprehensive improvement of heavily polluted livestock and poultry breeding areas, thus causing economic losses to livestock and poultry farmers, the local people's governments at or above the county level shall compensate them according to law.
