Time flies, time flies. In a blink of an eye, I have been in the financial system for almost eight years. In the past eight years, I have never left the post of supervising rural credit cooperatives, whether in the cooperation department of the People's Bank of China or in the supervision department of the banking supervision branch. With the pace of national financial system reform, I have also grown from a college student who has just left school to an out-and-out financier. I graduated from the Banking Management Department of Shaanxi University of Finance and Economics, 1997, majoring in economic information. In August of the same year, he passed the examination of Guangzhou Branch of China People's Bank and entered the cooperation department of Zhongshan Branch of China People's Bank to take part in the work, and officially entered the door of the financial system. From that moment on, I made up my mind to live up to the expectations of leaders and comrades, study hard and work hard to become an excellent financial warrior at an early date. After six and a half years' work in the Cooperation Department of the People's Bank of China, in February, 20xx, with the bell of the national financial system reform, I came to Zhongshan Banking Supervision Branch to supervise the Third Division. Although the subordinate units of the two departments I have worked in are different and their names have changed, the substantive work content is the same, both of which are to supervise rural credit cooperatives. If I change myself with the change of company name, I have more confidence in financial supervision and feel that I have a bigger stage to display my talents.

Let's talk about the advantages and disadvantages of my competition for deputy section chief first.

First of all, let's start with the disadvantages, because only those who see their weaknesses clearly can make an accurate judgment of themselves and find the right direction to strive for better. The single nature of work, not engaged in administrative work, which can be said to be my disadvantage. Since joining the work, I have been fighting in the front line of supervision of rural credit cooperatives. I am a pure professional cadre. Most of the time I am doing the work assigned by the leaders, and I still lack the ability to grasp the macro.

As for my advantages in competing for deputy section chief, I think there are the following points:

The first advantage is solid business knowledge and strong ability of continuous learning.

I majored in economic information in university, and I have never left the post of financial supervision since I worked. Over the years, through continuous study and study, my professional knowledge and supervision level have made great progress. At present, there are some problems in the development of China's financial industry, which puts forward higher requirements for China's financial supervision departments. To this end, I have always regarded my ordinary work as a grand career. If I am lucky enough to take the management position of deputy section chief, I will, as always, carry forward the spirit of seriousness, dedication, preciseness and responsibility of branches and make greater contributions to promoting the sustainable development of local financial institutions.

The specific work ideas and plans are as follows:

First of all, strengthen study, pay attention to research, and improve their comprehensive quality and leadership ability.

No matter which deputy section chief, his job behavior is related to the image of the banking supervision branch in society. Therefore, I should not only cultivate my good political quality, but also strengthen my study, at the same time, constantly improve my official document writing ability, and truly become an expert who understands policies, is proficient in majors, is good at management and can write.

Secondly, correct the position, be a good supporting role and assist the section chief management department.

In the specific work, I will straighten my position, be a good deputy and staff officer of the section chief, and assist the section chief in the management and business work of the department. Strive to create a good environment of unity, harmony, self-awareness, diligence, achievements and progress, fully mobilize everyone's enthusiasm, and make the department form a United and cooperative fighting collective.

Thirdly, go deep into the grassroots, conduct research and enhance the service awareness of financial institutions.

It is my consistent work style to go deep into grassroots research. In the future, I will carefully understand the "4-4-6" supervision concept put forward by the CBRC, establish the awareness of risk supervision, pre-supervision and service for financial institutions, go further to the grassroots level, master first-hand materials, and provide reference for the decision-making of superior leaders.
