With the approval of the Ministry of Education, on September 25th, 2006, Professor Yang Wei, President of Zhejiang University, signed an agreement with Guanghua Education Foundation and Mr. Yin Yanliang, Chairman of Runtai Group, the leader of Taiwan Province.
