Huo Zhenting, male, the eldest son of Mr. Fok Yingdong, graduated from Milfield College in Britain and the University of Southern California in the United States. 1974, China proposed to return to the International Olympic Committee and asked Henry fok for help. Henry Fok not only came forward himself, but also brought his eldest son, Huo Zhenting, who is good at English. With the status of FIFA Executive Committee and his reputation in the international business community, he traveled back and forth between ioc headquarters and relevant countries for many times, mediating among IOC members, and made great contributions to Beijing's successful bid for the Olympic Games.

Mr. Huo is the chairman of the Hong Kong Football Association (from 1997) and a member of the FIFA Olympic Football Project Preparatory Committee. Since 2005, he has served as the vice chairman of the Sports Commission of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is a member of China People's Political Consultative Conference. He was a member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (sports, performing arts, culture and publishing) (1997-20 12).
