The Measures for the Administration of Sales of Securities Investment Funds was revised and adopted at the 28th Chairman's Office Meeting of China Securities Regulatory Commission on February 6, 2003. 20 13 On March 5th, China Securities Regulatory Commission issued Order No.91. The Measures are divided into general provisions, fund sales organizations, fund sales payment and settlement, fund publicity materials, fund sales expenses, sales business norms, supervision and management, legal responsibilities and supplementary provisions, with a total of 8 chapters and 95 articles, which will be implemented as of June 6, 20 13. 2011The Measures for the Administration of Securities Investment Fund Sales (Order No.72 of the CSRC) issued on June 9 shall be abolished.
