Historical performance is not the only criterion to measure whether a fund manager is excellent, but it must be one of the most important criteria.
Second, look at the annual increase.
Judging whether a fund's performance is stable can be seen through the ranking of the annual increase of similar funds. If the performance of a fund can run into the top 1/3 of similar funds in most years, then the fund manager management level of this fund is not bad.
Third, look at the investment years of fund managers.
As the saying goes, "Ginger is still old and spicy", and the career of fund manager is more valuable as you get older. Only fund managers who have been baptized by the market for many years can become more mature fund managers.
Fourth, look at the size of the fund.
Too small a fund scale may mean that the fund faces certain liquidation risks, while too large a scale means that the management pressure of the fund manager is greater.
Fifth, look at the fund position.
In fact, a lot can be seen through fund positions. Information such as fund manager's investment style, investment philosophy, investment level and preference for industry stocks are actually reflected in fund positions.
Even if you buy one million copies, it only costs a few dozen yuan a day. You might as well save it in the bank.
