On June165438+1October 10, the talent housing project in Huangpu District of Shanghai was launched and the unveiling ceremony of "Hui Ze Building" Huangpu Financial Talent Apartment was held, aiming at further optimizing the talent development environment in Huangpu, solving the difficulties of outstanding talents living by stages and creating a good living environment for talents.

Huangpu District indicated that during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, Huangpu will take the opportunity of speeding up the construction and raising affordable rental housing, fully explore and actively implement the new path of housing supply of "government-led, multi-subject participation and market-oriented operation", and accelerate the expansion and supply of talented apartments. The total number of talented apartments will increase from 1 000 to 1 000, and it is expected that more than 3,500 suites will be put into use in the first batch next year.

In addition, during the event, Huangpu District issued the "Huangpu Talents' Housing Measures" and the talent apartment development plan.

According to the measures, Huangpu District will give a certain amount of monetized rent subsidy according to the subsidy standard for talents who cannot stay in the district-level talent apartment due to objective reasons such as insufficient housing, or talents in the waiting stage.

Yijia Chen, deputy director of Huangpu Housing Management Bureau, revealed that qualified talents will enjoy subsidies ranging from 30% to 50% of the market rent of the same lot and the same quality according to the relevant policies of the district.
