1. Apply to the work unit and get the certificate issued by the unit.
2. Submit a written loan application to the bank and submit a copy of the original ID card, an application form for housing provident fund withdrawal, a certificate of ownership of the house and a deed tax payment certificate and other related materials.
3. With the supporting documents issued by the unit, apply to the housing provident fund management department for withdrawal, and the provident fund can be withdrawn after approval by the management department.
