3. Abstract and keywords: Abstract includes four parts: purpose, method, result and conclusion. There are 300-500 words in Chinese abstract and 400-500 content words in English abstract. Papers, basic research, clinical research, summaries and lectures should be indexed by 2 ~ 5 keywords, and the words listed in the latest edition of Index Medicus edited and published by the National Library of Medicine should be used as MeSH as far as possible. Abbreviations in keywords should be restored to full names according to MeSH. 4. Chart: A chart or table should be titled with a chart title or a table title. The table uses three lines (top line, header line and bottom line). Photos and drawings require good clarity and contrast, and indicate the drawing number and direction. Pathological photos should indicate the staining method and magnification.
5. Statistical methods: For quantitative data, appropriate statistical analysis methods should be selected according to the design type, conditions and analysis purpose of the data, and T test and one-way ANOVA should not be blindly applied; For qualitative data, appropriate statistical analysis methods should be selected according to the design type, the nature and frequency of qualitative variables and the purpose of analysis, and χ2 test should not be blindly applied. For regression analysis, we should combine professional knowledge and scatter plot to choose the appropriate regression type, and we should not blindly apply simple linear regression analysis and simplify the processing of regression analysis data with repeated experimental data. 7. References: Each paper must have an index of 8~ 15 references. According to GB/T 77 14-2005 "Rules for Bibliography", it is marked by sequential coding system, with Arabic numerals and square brackets in the order in which it appears in the text. Abbreviations should be used for the names of foreign periodicals, and the format in the Medical Index shall prevail; Full name of Chinese periodicals.
