The application for joint funds is not restricted by other provincial science and technology plans. Encourage funded projects to speed up the research progress, solve problems in time, meet the needs of industrial development and engineering construction as soon as possible, and complete the project ahead of schedule.

Applicants should have experience in undertaking basic research projects or other basic research; Applicants should have technical secondary school or above titles, high academic level and good reputation.
