The scope of payment and qifubiaozhun of the overall fund

The basic medical insurance premium paid by the employer shall be included in the personal account in accordance with the proportion stipulated in the second paragraph of Article 11, and the rest shall be established as a unified fund, which shall be managed by the Chongqing Medical Insurance Management Center in a unified way, and the overall fund shall be used to pay the medical expenses for employees' hospitalization and outpatient medical expenses for special diseases in accordance with the regulations.

The Qifubiaozhun of the overall fund is:

Hospitalization in a first-class hospital is 5% of the per capita payment base in the last year;

The hospitalization in secondary hospitals is 8% of the per capita payment base in the overall planning area last year;

Hospitalization in tertiary hospitals is11%of the per capita payment base in the last year;

1 year, the minimum payment standard will be reduced by 1 percentage point on the basis of the above standards.

② The payment limit and proportion of the overall fund.

(a) the annual payment limit of the overall fund to individual employees is 4 times of the per capita payment base of the overall area last year.

70% for employees under 45 years of age, 75% for employees over 45 years of age (including 45 years of age) and 85% for retirees for the part with the lowest medical expenses deductible to 5,000 yuan (including 5,000 yuan); Pay for the rest.

5000 yuan to 10000 yuan (including 10000 yuan) for medical expenses, 75% for employees under 45 years old, 80% for employees over 45 years old (including 45 years old) and 90% for retirees; Pay for the rest.

For medical expenses below the payment limit of 10000 yuan, employees under 45 years old pay 80%, employees over 45 years old (including 45 years old) pay 85%, and retirees pay 95%; Pay for the rest.
