What is the rating of Shanghai Stock Exchange?
The rating of Shanghai Stock Exchange refers to the fund rating of Shanghai Securities. Supervision and management of rating

The directors, supervisors, senior managers and rating practitioners of a securities rating agency shall not work part-time in the rated agency or the rated securities issuer in any way. Directors, supervisors and senior managers of securities rating agencies may not invest in other securities rating agencies.

It is not allowed to alter, resell, lease or lend the business license of a securities rating agency, or illegally transfer the business license of a securities rating agency in other forms, and it is not allowed to provide financing or guarantee for others.

The annual report shall be submitted to the dispatched office of China Securities Regulatory Commission at the place of registration within 4 months after the end of each fiscal year. The quarterly report shall be submitted to the dispatched office of China Securities Regulatory Commission at the place of registration within 10 working days after the end of each quarter.
