After a bank card is judicially frozen, all fund balances, financial products, and funds in the bank card will also be frozen, and the right to use and dispose of assets will be restricted during the freezing period until it is unfrozen or the freezing authority makes final decisions.

Since 1950, its work has expanded to meet the long-term needs of children and mothers in all developing countries around the world.
In 1953, UNICEF became a permanent member of the United Nations system and was entrusted by the United Nations General Assembly to work towards realizing the rights to survival, development, protection and participation of mothers, infants and children in all countries around the world.
