The fund qualification examination takes the form of computer examination, and each subject 100 questions are multiple-choice questions. Candidates for the Fund Qualification Examination need to complete 100 questions within 120 minutes.

The qualification examination for fund practitioners includes three subjects:

Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;

Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds

Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds

The association will increase or adjust relevant examination subjects as appropriate according to the needs of industry and market development.

Examination purpose

In order to adapt to the development of the industry under the new situation, China Asset Management Association used the experience at home and abroad for reference and integrated the feedback from all parties over the years to adjust the examination content. The adjusted examination focuses on practical application, mainly assessing the necessary basic knowledge and professional skills of fund practitioners.

Examination nature

The fund qualification belongs to the qualification. The so-called qualification refers to the entry threshold of some special industries, and the fund qualification certificate belongs to this kind of certificate. Candidates can only work in the fund industry after obtaining the qualification certificate of fund practice.
