1. Hubei University, a T10 alliance of famous tourism schools in China, referred to as Hubu, is located in Wuhan City, Hubei Province.
It is a privately-run key comprehensive university established by the Hubei Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education.
It is also an engineering university for basic capacity building of universities in the central and western parts of the country and a double-first-class Hubei Provincial Architecture University.

In 1931, the school’s predecessor, Hubei Provincial Institute of Education, was born in Wuchang.
Since then, it has passed through National Hubei Normal University, Hubei Provincial Institute of Education, Hubei Normal University, Wuhan Normal University College and Wuhan Teachers University.
In August 1984, it was renamed Hubei University.

It was renamed National Anhui University in 1946 and moved to Wuhu in 1949.

The first International Conference of National Tourism Organizations was held in London from October 1 to 4, 1946.
At the Second International Conference of National Tourism Organizations held in Paris in October 1947, it was decided to formally establish the International Alliance of Official Tourism Organizations, headquartered in London. It moved to Geneva in 1951 and is now located in Madrid, Spain.
In 1969, the United Nations General Assembly approved it as an intergovernmental organization.
The purpose of the organization is to promote and develop tourism in the interest of economic development, international mutual understanding, peace and prosperity, as well as respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion.
And stressed that in achieving this goal, special attention should be paid to the interests of developing countries in tourism.

In May 1975, the World Tourism Organization recognized the People's Republic of China (China) as the only legal representative of China.
On October 5, 1983, the fifth plenary session of the organization passed a resolution to admit China as its 106th official member.
In September 1987, at the seventh plenary session, China was elected as a member of the executive committee of the organization for the first time, and was elected as a member of the Statistical Committee and vice chairman of the Asia-Pacific Regional Committee.
In 1991, he was re-elected to the organization's executive committee.
