The maintenance fund paid by the owner shall be handled according to the following steps: (1) Get the notice of payment of special maintenance fund with bar code from the development enterprise, and carefully check the owner's name, area, house price and house number; (2) Pay money at the business outlets of Beijing Everbright Bank with this notice at the time specified in the notice; (3) In case of cash payment, the bank will issue a special receipt for Beijing Residential Maintenance Fund at that time, and the bank will issue a special receipt for Beijing Residential Maintenance Fund after the check and other funds arrive in the bank account.

In the house purchase contract, the owner agreed to entrust the development enterprise to handle the payment on its behalf: (1) The agent enterprise will register and review in the Beijing special maintenance fund management system-project registration-building inventory-household inventory audit-print the payment notice; (2) The agent enterprise shall pay the money at the business outlets of China Everbright Bank with the payment notice and check. After the money reaches the bank account, the bank will issue a special receipt for the Beijing Residential Maintenance Fund on a household basis; (3) The development enterprise shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of document J.J. [2005] No.691,issue a special receipt for Beijing residential maintenance fund by bank within 15 days. If the owner does not receive the special receipt in time, he can report it to the urban management department.

It can be verified that it is impossible to print or the developer wants to get the relevant procedures. If it is the responsibility of the developer, it can be investigated.
