According to the Notice of Chengdu Labor and Social Security Bureau on Incorporating Old Workers' Industrial Injury Insurance Benefits into the Overall Management of Industrial Injury Insurance Fund (Cheng Lao She Fa [2007] No.74), it was decided to incorporate the old workers' industrial injury insurance benefits into the overall management of industrial injury insurance fund.

The work-related injury insurance benefits of old workers with work-related injuries are included in the items paid by the work-related injury insurance fund.

(1) Disability allowance: the old injured workers whose disability degree reaches 1-4 are included in the work-related injury insurance fund. When they reach the statutory retirement age, they will go through retirement procedures, stop paying disability allowance and enjoy basic old-age insurance benefits. If the basic pension benefits are lower than the disability allowance standard, the work injury insurance fund will make up the difference.

(II) Living nursing expenses: those who have reached the level of living disability through labor ability appraisal shall be included in the industrial injury insurance fund according to the standards stipulated in the Implementation Opinions of Sichuan Provincial People's Government on Implementing the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance (SJFFA [2003] No.42).

(3) Medical expenses for work-related injuries: 50% of the medical expenses incurred by the old workers with disability degree 1 to level 4 who are confirmed to be in line with the current work-related injury insurance policy shall be borne by the work-related injury insurance fund and the employer respectively; For the old injured workers whose disability degree is 5- 10, the hospitalization medical expenses confirmed to be in line with the current industrial injury insurance policy shall be borne by the industrial injury insurance fund and the employer respectively, and the medical expenses for the industrial injury outpatient service shall still be paid by the employer.

(4) Dependent relatives' pension: those who have enjoyed the dependent relatives' pension and still meet the support conditions at present shall be paid by the industrial injury insurance fund in accordance with the established standards of relevant national, provincial and municipal regulations.

(V) One-time work-related death allowance and funeral expenses: When an old worker with a disability degree of 1 to level 4 dies, according to the Notice of Sichuan Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security on the Treatment of First-and Fourth-level Disabled Workers after Death (No.84 [2004] of Sichuan Labor and Social Security Department), the work-related injury insurance fund and the employing unit shall each bear 50% of the one-time work-related death allowance. Funeral expenses shall be paid by the industrial injury insurance fund in accordance with the standards stipulated in the Regulations.

(6) If the old injured workers need to be equipped with assistive devices after confirmation, it shall be implemented in accordance with the Administrative Measures for the Configuration of Assistive Devices for Injured Workers in Chengdu (Provisional) (No.75 [2005] of Cheng Lao She Fa) and paid by the industrial injury insurance fund.

(seven) the old industrial injury insurance benefits are not included in the overall management of the industrial injury insurance fund, and the benefits they should enjoy are still paid by the employer.
