Projects that meet the requirements of the project can apply for approval. If the general project started on or before 20 13 still fails to meet the requirements for concluding the project and cannot submit the materials for concluding the project, the education department will cancel the project. The person in charge of the cancelled project shall not declare the research project of philosophy and social science in Jiangsu universities within 3 years.
