Clinical Medical College is a large-scale college affiliated to Dali University, and it is a comprehensive college integrating teaching, medical treatment and scientific research. Its predecessor is the Department of Clinical Medicine of Dali University, which has a history of more than 20 years and accumulated rich experience in running schools. Since 1982 began to enroll students, there have been 20 graduates. More than 3,800 medical and health professionals have been sent to the society, distributed in the medical and health departments at the provincial, prefecture, city, county and township levels (a small number of graduates come from outside the province), and some of them have become the backbone and academic leaders of the corresponding regions and disciplines. It has made positive contributions to the development of medical and health undertakings in Yunnan Province and played a great role in improving the health and hygiene level of the people in our province. Some outstanding graduates have become experts, scholars, professors and chief physicians, and some have become presidents and department directors of prefectural and county hospitals, and become the backbone of the medical and health front.

In June, 2003, clinical medical college and affiliated hospital implemented integrated management, giving full play to the advantages of medicine and education. There are 570 faculty members (including affiliated hospitals), including professors, chief physicians, associate professors, deputy chief physicians and other professionals with senior technical titles10/person, including 26 professors and chief physicians, 69 associate professors, deputy chief physicians and deputy chief nurses, and 6 other non-professional senior technical titles. There are 43 doctors and masters. School-based college students 1572, including international students 143. There are three master's degree disciplines: pediatrics, internal medicine and surgery. There are 22 tutors for master students and 38 tutors for graduate students.

At present, the college offers clinical medicine (undergraduate and junior college), medical imaging (undergraduate and junior college) and medical beauty technology (junior college). Among them, the undergraduate major of clinical medicine is a provincial key major in Yunnan Province. 1986—— 1988 participated in the national unified examination of clinical medicine courses for three consecutive years, and achieved excellent results (ranked third in the national reference medical colleges). 1997 welcomes the undergraduate teaching evaluation of the state education commission, and the two courses of the national unified examination passed the qualification evaluation at one time with the excellent results of the first and second place respectively. In recent years, the admission rate of fresh graduates to apply for graduate students has increased year by year, and the one-time employment rate of graduates has risen steadily. Internal medicine and surgery are the key disciplines and courses of the school. The teaching reform project "Application and research of problem-oriented teaching method in internal medicine practice class" and "Application and research of clinical comprehensive skill training" won the first prize of school-level teaching achievement and the second prize of Yunnan teaching achievement in June 2004.

Clinical medical college has a good scientific research foundation. More than 70 scientific research fund projects have been approved by our institute, including National Natural Science Foundation 1, Yunnan Natural Science Foundation 2 projects, Provincial Science and Technology Department Talent Training Fund Project 1, Provincial Health Department Project 1, Provincial Education Department Project 30 projects and Provincial Science and Technology Commission Project1. At present, there are 34 research projects in the Institute, including Provincial Science and Technology Commission 1, Provincial Science and Technology Department 1, Education Department 16, Health Department 2, Dali Prefecture 2 and Institute 17.

In 2008, there were 389 graduates from Clinical Medical College. Among them, there are 32 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine1person, 48 specialists in clinical medicine and 29 specialists in medical beauty technology. This year's graduates have high ideological and political quality, solid professional knowledge, strong enterprising spirit, practical work, excellent clinical skills, solid professional basic knowledge, good comprehensive quality and ability, and good psychological quality, which meet the training objectives. About 85% of the graduates submitted applications for joining the Party, including 65,438+077 in party member and 230 activists. 257 people were commended and rewarded by national, provincial, university and secondary colleges, of which 15 people won national and provincial scholarships and 125 people won university scholarships; 13 people have obtained CET-6 certificate, 8/kloc-0 people have obtained CET-4 certificate, and 97 people have obtained CET-3 certificate, saving more than 95% computers.
