The fact that the fund is not open for trading means that the fund cannot trade for the time being. At present, there are three situations in which it cannot be traded. The first is a closed-end new fund. Generally, new funds have a three-month closure period, after which they can trade at will. The second is closed-end fund. After the establishment of closed-end funds, no transactions can be made.
The third is to suspend fund transactions. The suspension of fund trading is mainly to control the fund size or extreme market conditions, and the suspension of fund trading will not last long.
