Investors apply to subscribe for fund shares on the open day, but each fund share can only be redeemed on the next working day after the expiration of the fund share lock-up period. The specific handling time of the open day is the normal trading hours of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, unless the fund manager announces the suspension of subscription and redemption according to laws and regulations, the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission or the provisions of the fund contract.

The fund manager may, under the circumstances permitted by laws and regulations, adjust the quantity limit of the above redemption shares.
