Born in October 1972 in Da'an City, Jilin Province.
Director of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ph.D. in Gastroenterology of Jilin University. From 2011 to 2012, he assisted Xinjiang in the Department of Hepatology of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University (Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute) and served as deputy director of the department.
He started working in 1997 and is good at the diagnosis and treatment of sores (chronic hard-to-heal wounds on the body surface), spleen and stomach diseases (digestive system diseases), diabetes (endocrine system diseases), stroke/vertigo (cerebrovascular diseases),
