Redemption, also known as repurchase, is aimed at open-end funds. Investors directly or through an agency request the fund management company to withdraw part or all of the investment from the fund and remit the repurchase money to the investor's account.

Redemption operation

When handling fund redemption, investors need to apply at the original account opening branch, or they can apply for redemption at the website of the relevant fund company or bank.

1. Funds purchased at the bank counter should be redeemed at the bank counter.

2. If you buy from the fund website, you can log on to the fund website to enter your fund account and redeem it according to the prompts.

3. If you buy from a bank website with online banking, you can log in to the bank website, enter your account, click on the online fund, and redeem according to the prompts.

Redemption time

Fund redemption generally requires two working days for system confirmation and then liquidation. The fund subscription and redemption can only be said to be successful if it is confirmed by the T+2 system. The general redemption process of open-end funds is: T day is not reported, T+ 1 has been reported, and T+2 has been completed.
