The employees of Jinzhong Jiazi are employees after signing labor contracts with subsidiaries. The subsidiary and the parent company are two independent legal entities, and the subsidiary has independent subject qualification and enjoys independent legal person status, so the employees of Admiralty Jiazi are not regarded as CICC.
