1. Life insurance Life insurance services, as the main business of China Life, are undertaken by China Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and its business scope covers all areas of personal insurance such as life insurance, personal accident insurance, health insurance, and annuities.

2. Property insurance Property insurance services are a new main business of China Life, undertaken by China Life Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. Its business scope mainly includes: property loss insurance, liability insurance, statutory liability insurance, credit insurance and guarantee insurance,

Agricultural insurance and other property insurance business; reinsurance business of the above businesses, and other businesses approved by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission.

3. Pension insurance Pension insurance service is a new main business of China Life, undertaken by China Life Pension Insurance Co., Ltd. Its business scope mainly includes: corporate annuity business; personal annuity business; reinsurance business of the above businesses, and economic

Extended information: Provisions on the registration and management of enterprise business scope: Article 1 In order to standardize the registration and management of enterprise business scope, standardize the business behavior of enterprises, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and administrative regulations on enterprise registration management.

Article 2 These regulations apply to enterprises registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

Article 3 The business scope is the scope of business activities of an enterprise, which shall be registered with the enterprise registration authority in accordance with the law.

Applicants should refer to the "National Economic Industry Classification" and select one or more small, medium or large categories to independently submit an application for business scope registration.

For emerging industries or specific business projects that are not standardized in the "National Economic Industry Classification", applications can be made by referring to policy documents, industry practices or professional literature.

The business scope of an enterprise shall be consistent with the provisions of the articles of association or partnership agreement.

If the business scope changes, the enterprise shall revise the articles of association or partnership agreement and apply for change registration to the enterprise registration authority.

Article 4 If the business scope for which an enterprise applies for registration falls within the business items that are subject to approval before registration (hereinafter referred to as pre-licensed business items) stipulated by laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council, it shall submit the application for approval to the relevant departments before applying for registration.
