Shenzhen Social Insurance Fund Administration is an administrative agency under the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau, responsible for the collection and management of social insurance funds in the city.

According to the Notice of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing (Shenfa [2009] No.9), Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) was established as the working department of the municipal government.
