Saiya Skirt (China-US Young Ambassadors Program), Chinese name: Chinese Young Ambassadors, is a high-end cultural exchange project jointly launched by Anson Cultural and Educational Exchange Foundation of the United States, California Department of Education and other educational authorities, aiming at cultivating outstanding young people who promote cultural exchanges between the two countries.
