During the epidemic period, the unemployed shall, within 60 days from the date of termination or dissolution of employment or working relationship with the employer, apply for unemployment registration at the labor and social security department of the street (town) where the household registration is located with the certificate of termination or dissolution of employment or working relationship with the employer, vocational guidance and training certificate, household registration book, identity card and three one-inch bareheaded photos. Unemployed persons who meet the requirements for receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall register for unemployment from the following month and receive unemployment insurance benefits on a monthly basis.

Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law stipulates that unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance benefits from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
