If an employee has any of the following circumstances, it shall be deemed as a work-related injury:
(1) He is injured by an accident due to work reasons during working hours and in the workplace;
As long as it is not due to gross negligence or intentionality, the injury is determined to be a work-related injury and will be paid by the work-related injury insurance fund. However, if the company formulates rules and regulations in accordance with the law that provide for penalties in this regard, the company will be punished in accordance with the regulations
