2. The custodian is an account used to deposit and manage the assets of private equity funds. After the establishment of the private equity fund, the custodian will open a custody account and transfer the funds raised from the fund-raising account into the custody account. The funds of the custodian can be transferred between the securities fund account and the futures fund account.
