1. To apply for the registration certificate of private investment fund managers (referred to as private placement for the record), you must have an investment company with a registered capital of not less than three years, and two senior executives who have been engaged in the financial industry for more than three years, and relevant company documents, financial statements and articles of association.

The second private investment fund manager registration certificate is issued by China Asset Management Association, which needs to be added before filing.

Article 3 After completing the registration certificate, a private investment fund manager may engage in private investment (one of which must be qualified), equity investment, venture capital and other private businesses.
