V. Employment benefits
All the employed personnel are subject to a one-year probation period, employing institutions, employing system and contract management. Wages and benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, province and Maoming City. Employees must have served in Xinyi Medical Security Management Center for five years, during which they can apply for civil servants, but they must bear the liability for breach of contract.
