The basic rights of fund investors include the right to enjoy fund income, the right to transfer fund companies and the right to make decisions on fund management.

According to the relevant regulations, China fund investors enjoy

1. Attend or entrust a representative to attend the fund investor meeting.

2. Obtain fund income.

3. Supervise the operation of the fund and obtain information about its business and financial situation.

4. Purchase, repurchase or transfer of funds.

5. Obtain the remaining assets after fund liquidation.

6. Other rights stipulated in the fund contract.

The fund investors' meeting may make resolutions on the following major issues, which shall be approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission: amending the fund contract, terminating the fund manager of the fund trading ahead of schedule, and replacing the fund manager.
