Publish innovative, high-level and significant original academic papers and high-quality literature reviews reflecting the latest development of management disciplines. The manuscript should be innovative, clear-headed, well-argued, reliable in data, well-organized, and fluent in arts and sciences.

2. Submission requirements and precautions

(1) Title, author's name (generally no more than 5 people), author's unit and city, abstract and keywords must be bilingual. If the paper is supported by a related research fund or project, it should provide the name and serial number of the fund, as well as the name, year of birth, gender, place of origin, work unit (specific to the college), city, postal code, professional title, degree, contact telephone number and e-mail address of the correspondent.

(2) The title of the paper should be concise and accurate, and abbreviations should not be used; It should be written as a report summary with 200-300 words in Chinese, including the research purpose, methods, main results and conclusions; The number of keywords is 3~8.

(3) The use of quantities, units and symbols in the text shall conform to relevant national standards. Pay attention to the language type, case, italics and the correct writing of the upper and lower corner marks of the confusing foreign letters.

(4) Numbers, tables and formulas shall be numbered separately from beginning to end. The form of three-wire table is recommended.

(5) Please refer to the published journals for the format and style of the manuscript.

3. Submit the agreement

(1) The manuscript must be an unpublished paper in an official journal. It is strictly forbidden to submit more than one manuscript and repeat the content many times. Once the above situation is found, not only the manuscript will be rejected, but also the author unit and related journals will be notified. The author's own manuscript will not be hired by this magazine in the future.

(2) Inform the author of the review results within three months, during which the author shall not throw the manuscript elsewhere. Individual manuscripts may take a long time to be submitted for review, and the editorial department will inform the author when they expire in two months. After more than 2 months (subject to the date of receipt), if the author decides to change the publication or reject the manuscript, please inform the editorial department. After the editorial department decides to hire the manuscript, it will inform the author in time.

(3) In the process of manuscript revision, if the time limit for manuscript revision exceeds 30 days, the editorial department has the right to reject the manuscript.

(4) The author is responsible for the article, and the editorial department has the right to make normative and textual amendments to the manuscript. Changes to the content should be approved by the author.

(5) After the paper is published, the copyright belongs to the editorial department (including the copyright on the Internet).

(6) The author needs to pay the review fee and publication fee, and the editorial department will give him some remuneration. At the same time, he will send two current magazines as gifts.
