Baoding Shenzhen Garden is a national first-class industrial new city jointly built by Baoding and Shenzhen, with xiong'an new area as the benchmark. This project is also a key project for Shenzhen Investment Holding Co., Ltd. to implement the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" regional layout of "one area, multiple parks and circle gradient", and it also undertakes the heavy responsibility of Baoding industrial transformation and upgrading, Beijing-Tianjin industrial transfer and scientific and technological achievements transformation.

The project is located in Lianchi District and High-tech Zone of Baoding City, with an overall area of about10.3 million mu and a total investment of about 87.7 billion yuan. It is mainly composed of high-tech industrial park, science and technology innovation industrial park and science and technology innovation center. The park mainly draws lessons from Shenzhen's experience in industrial transfer and innovation drive, and takes high-end manufacturing, smart energy, advanced environmental protection, information technology and modern service industry (2+2+ 1) as the main development industries to build a first-class demonstration park integrating production, life and ecology in Baoding.
