Measures for the annual evaluation of China government scholarships of the Central Academy of Drama

Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of China government scholarships in our college and give full play to the benefits and functions of China government scholarships, these measures are formulated according to the requirements of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Education's "Measures for the Annual Evaluation of China Government Scholarships" and china scholarship council (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund Committee"), combined with the actual situation of our college.

Article 2. The annual evaluation of China government scholarships (hereinafter referred to as "annual evaluation") refers to a comprehensive evaluation of overseas students (hereinafter referred to as "scholarship students") who enjoy China government scholarships to study in China every year to determine whether they are eligible to continue to enjoy or resume enjoying China government scholarships.

Article 3. Entrusted by the Fund Committee, our college is responsible for the annual examination of scholarship students in our college, and the Foreign Affairs Office is responsible for the organization and coordination of the annual examination. All departments truthfully evaluate the academic performance, learning attitude and attendance of scholarship students, and assist the Foreign Affairs Office to carry out the evaluation.

Article 4. The target of the annual review:

1. Scholarship for students who have been studying at school for more than one academic year and intend to continue to enjoy the China government scholarship in the next academic year.

2. Scholarship students who can't graduate as planned have applied for extension of their school status and extension of the scholarship enjoyment period.

3. The scholarship qualification was suspended after the previous year's assessment failed, and the application is now resumed.

Scholarship students who are eligible for re-scholarship.

4. Scholarship students who are dropping out of school will not participate in the evaluation.

Article 5. The annual review procedure is as follows:

1. After checking the list of students participating in the evaluation, the Foreign Affairs Office will issue an annual evaluation notice to the scholarship students who must participate in the evaluation;

2. Students participating in the scholarship should conduct self-assessment according to the notification requirements;

3. The Foreign Affairs Office organizes the tutors/class teachers of the departments to which the participating students belong to make quantitative scoring and qualitative evaluation on the moral character, academic performance, learning/scientific research attitude and activity performance of the participating scholarship students.

4. The Foreign Affairs Office conducts the review, writes the annual review report according to the review results, and reports it to the leaders of the competent school for approval. And submit the annual review report and related materials to the fund Committee within the specified time.

Six, the contents and standards of the annual review:

(a) review content and score:

1. Morality and conduct (full score: 30): Investigate students' daily behavior, law-abiding situation and comprehensive performance in special periods.

2. Academic performance (full score: 30 points): to examine the results of examinations and assessments in various subjects in the first semester of this school year and the basic learning situation in the second semester. Graduate students can also refer to the workload of their participation in scientific research activities, the quality of opening reports and the publication of papers.

3. Learning/scientific research attitude (full mark: 20): Check the attendance rate and classroom performance of students. During the submission of the paper, you can check the opening report and the submission of the paper.

(2) The annual evaluation score of the scholarship is the sum of four scores: moral conduct score, academic performance score, learning/research attitude score and activity performance score, with a total score of 100. ?
