5. Check the electricity:

Frequent tests prove that the switch and wiring are good and the socket is safe. The socket should also use a shaking table to test whether the insulation to the ground is in good condition.

7. Height measurement: check the roof with a box ruler, and take 4-5 points for measurement. If the values are consistent, for example, the room height is 2.7m (or 2.65m), it means that the roof or the ground is not inclined.

8. Measure the wall and floor: use a long ruler (or a special ruler with a level) to check whether the wall and floor are flat, and observe whether there are scratches and cracks, and whether there are explosion points on the wall (explosion point: when quicklime is mixed unevenly to make mature lime, it will form explosion points when smeared on the wall).

9. Measure the quality of latex paint: whether the wall and ceiling are flat or not. When the surrounding light is dark, it will be illuminated by a high-power light bulb (2 watts). When the light is on, whether the wall and ceiling are flat or not can be seen immediately through the shadow of the light. If it is uneven, it is necessary to replenish putty and paint again, but not partially, which will be different from the original color of the wall.

13. Check the security door: whether there are scratches, whether the door edge is deformed, whether the door and frame are tightly sealed, and whether the door and lock switch should be flexible.

14. Check the flatness and deformation of the indoor door: open the door and put your eyes to the door to see if the front and rear door lines are coincident. If the door lines are not coincident, for example, one corner is tilted, it must be replaced, and the deformation will be more serious in the future; After closing the door, check that the gaps around are even and appropriate; The door and lock switch should be flexible to open; Also use a special level to measure the verticality of the door installation.

15. Windows: The screens and sashes on sliding windows and casement windows should be pushed flexibly without collision. There should be an anti-blocking cap on the outer window frame of the window to prevent foreign bodies from blocking and affecting the drainage, resulting in water entering the window when it rains. When the hollow double glass can't be wiped clean inside and outside, it is because the inner layer of the double glass is dirty, and the glass is polluted when it is installed. Check that the internal and external angles reach 9 degrees (the four corners of the roof and the four corners of the ground), the corners are not damaged, the four corners are not bumped, and the tiles and walls are not deformed, cracked and empty. When the floor tiles and wall tiles are struck with a small hammer, there is a hollow sound, which means that they are not laid well. If this happens for a long time, the tiles may crack and fall off and should be laid again.

2. Closed water storage test (after 24 hours, whether there will be water seepage) and idling test of water meter: (Important inspection items)

21. Toilet:

22. Radiator:
