He has served as deputy director of the Finance Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, deputy mayor of Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, and vice chairman of CITIC Jiantou Securities Investment Fund. He is currently the managing partner of Beijing Shengben Management Co., Ltd., the executive deputy secretary-general of China M&A Association, the executive deputy secretary of the Party Committee and the director of the special credit management committee.
