The Measures for Housing Registration stipulates: Article 23 From the date of accepting the application for registration, the housing registration agency shall record the application for registration in the housing register or make a decision not to register:

(2) mortgage and easement registration, 1 working days;

Attention should be paid to the transfer of second-hand houses
1. Verify whether the property right of the house is defective, whether the owner of the house agrees to transfer the house, and whether the house is mortgaged, leased, contributed, etc. Some houses have more than one owner, so the buyer should sign a house sales contract with all the owners.
2. Try to pay the house price after the transfer of property rights, or you can pay the house price in escrow to minimize the risk.
3. Understand and verify the payment and settlement of other expenses, such as public maintenance funds and property fees, and implement the transfer procedures.
4. Some second-hand houses were leased by others when they were transferred. If the buyer only looks at the real estate license and pays attention to the transfer procedures, but does not pay attention to whether there is a lease, it is very likely that the buyer will get a property that cannot be moved in in time or is being used.
