The Business School of Anhui University of Finance and Economics is a full-time independent college at the undergraduate level founded by Anhui University of Finance and Economics in June 2003 and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. In September, in compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education’s Order No. 26, Anhui University of Finance and Economics and Xiangxing (Fujian) Luggage Group Co., Ltd.

The college is located in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, a central city in the Huaihe River Basin and known as the Pearl City. It is divided into two campuses, the old and the new. The old campus is located on the west side of the beautiful national 4A-level Longzi Lake Scenic Area in Bengshan District (No. 255 Hongye Road)

Anhui University of Finance and Economics was founded in 1959. It has been affiliated to the All-China Supply and Marketing Cooperative, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Domestic Trade. In 2000, it was established by the central and local governments, and is mainly managed by the Anhui Provincial Government. It is a university with economic, Mainly in management and law, it spans eight major disciplines: literature, science, engineering, history, and art. It is a multi-disciplinary higher financial and economics college for national enrollment and employment. It is one of the first batch of colleges and universities in my country with the right to grant bachelor's degrees and the second batch of master's degrees. It is a university with the right to grant degrees and is a key university in Anhui Province.

The school has 57 undergraduate majors and 2 second bachelor's degree majors, 8 first-level and 39 second-level master's degree authorization points, and 12 professional master's degree authorization points.

There are currently 1,407 on-the-job faculty and staff, including 994 full-time teachers; more than 22,000 undergraduates and 1,676 postgraduate students.

18 undergraduate majors including auditing, statistics, economic statistics, international business, asset valuation, financial engineering, and art design (visual communication design direction) are in the process of cultivating talents.

The college recruits students from 15 provinces (autonomous regions) across the country, and currently has 3,381 students enrolled.

Since its establishment, the Business School has closely relied on the brand advantages and high-quality education and teaching resources of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, intensified education and teaching reform, followed the path of connotative development and construction, attached great importance to the construction of the teaching staff, and continuously consolidated the foundation of education.

The proportion of teachers with senior professional titles among full-time teachers reached 32.18%.

The proportion of full-time teachers with doctorates (including PhD candidates) reached 38.46%, and 32 of them were awarded the titles of Provincial Famous Teaching Teachers, Provincial Outstanding Teachers, Provincial Rookies in the Teaching Circle, and Anhui University of Finance and Economics Outstanding Teachers, etc., and have won the National Social Science Award

The college won the title of "Advanced Independent College in Anhui Province" in 2010. In 2013, it ranked fifth among China's high-level independent colleges in the "Wushulian China Independent College Evaluation List" for two consecutive years, and ranked fourth among China's high-level independent colleges.

It has been ranked among the top 12 high-level independent colleges in China for four consecutive years, ranking 17th in comprehensive strength, and continues to be one of the top 100 independent colleges in Anhui Province in terms of comprehensive strength.

Since 2010, the Business School has been focusing on the goal of cultivating applied talents, actively building an experimental training platform, vigorously carrying out professional experiments and school-enterprise cooperation internship practice activities, and using entrepreneurship training projects as a starting point to focus on students' innovative spirit, entrepreneurship and practical abilities.

In 2012, the college obtained the qualification of an entrepreneurship simulation training base and became the first entrepreneurship simulation training base organized by a university in Bengbu City. In the past few years, it has trained nearly 1,500 students through entrepreneurship simulation training projects and trained more than 2,700 students through entrepreneurship awareness training and other projects.
