The Decision of the Standing Committee of Taiyuan Municipal People's Congress on Abolishing the Regulations of Taiyuan Municipality on the Administration of Price Adjustment Fund has been approved by the 41st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th People's Congress of Shanxi Province on September 29th, 20 17, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

The fourth meeting of the Standing Committee of the fourteenth Taiyuan Municipal People's Congress decides:

The Regulations of Taiyuan Municipality on the Administration of Price Adjustment Funds shall be abolished and come into force as of the date of promulgation.
