Kong Lingtao. The Confucius World Foundation is located in Muscatine, Iowa, in the central United States. Its principals are Kong Lingtao and Kong Lingtao, descendants of the seventy-sixth generation of Confucius family, founder of Confucius New Six Arts, founder of Confucius International Education Group, president of Confucius International Public School and president of Confucius International Six Arts College.
