Registration conditions for the fund employment examination:
(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;
(2) At least 18 years old as of the date of registration;
(3) Having a high school education or above;
(4) Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Full capacity for civil conduct: refers to the ability to conduct civil activities completely independently, acquire civil rights and undertake civil obligations through one's own actions.
High school education level: refers not only to ordinary high schools, but also to secondary vocational and technical education (technical secondary schools, vocational high schools and technical schools).
According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Fund Qualification Examination (Trial), if the personnel who take part in the fund qualification examination do not meet the registration requirements and take the examination by fraud, China Asset Management Association will not accept the application for registration of the qualification examination within one year; Those who have already taken the exam will be disqualified.
