What are the trading rules of REITs funds?
1 trading channel: the infrastructure fund is closed, with no subscription and redemption, and can only be traded in the secondary market. 2 Fund utilization: T+ 1 day to buy, T-day to sell, T-day funds available, T+ 1 desirable. T day needs to be a trading day, not counting the closing time.
3 Fund trading: When we declare the price, the minimum change unit is 0.00 1 yuan, and the number of trading units is an integer multiple of 100 or 100. If the position share is not an integer multiple of 100, we can choose to sell it or sell it all.
4 Shanghai market: if the infrastructure fund is traded by competitive bidding, the maximum number of single declaration shall not exceed 654.38 billion; If the infrastructure fund adopts inquiry and batch transaction, the number of single declaration shall be 1000 or its integral multiple.
5 Shenzhen Stock Exchange: If the infrastructure fund adopts the bidding method, the maximum number of single declaration shall not exceed 654.38+0 billion; If the infrastructure fund adopts batch or inquiry transactions, the single declared quantity shall be 1000 or its integral multiple.
6. Trading restrictions: 30% for REITs on the first day of listing, and10% on the first day of non-listing;
7 Transaction cost: We can select a record in the statement that the transaction commission of REITs fund is greater than that of 5 yuan, and divide the handling fee by the amount incurred, so as to calculate the commission rate of REITs fund transactions in our account.
